How to make spiked popsicles

Here are some pro tips and a recipe to creating spiked popsicles for your next summer barbecue or party:

American Mule Pops

The Popsicle rendition of the Blue Ice Vodka American Mule, these popsicles are sure to make the any of your guests thrilled. Simple to make and tasty, the American Mule Pop is the perfect treat for those sunny summer days:

Ingredients

2 cups ginger beer

1 cup limeade

1/2 cup Blue Ice Potato Vodka

2 limes, zested and juiced

Popsicle sticks

Garnish of 2 limes, for serving

2 tbsp. grain sugar, for serving

Instructions: Make 8 ice pops, depending on the quantities on your mold. Pour all ingredients in molds and freeze for a maximum of 5 hours.

Kiwi Martini Poptails

2 cups of kiwi, peeled and chopped (9 kiwis)

¼ cup simple syrup

¼ cup Blue Ice Vodka

1 cup ice

Instructions: Make 8 ice pops, depending on the quantities on your mold. Pour all ingredients in molds and freeze for a maximum of 5 hours.
