National Brunch Cocktails 2022

Food and drink are an essential part of our life experiences, and brunch is no exception with several eateries offering brunch food and cocktail hours. Brunch is supposed to be light, social and experiential in nature that is why we felt we needed to mix up some fit-friendly brunch cocktails for you to enjoy the entire month of April:

Blue Ice Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces Blue Ice Potato Vodka (96 calories)
• 4 ounces Bloody Mary mix (20 calories)
• 1 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
• 3 splashes fresh blood – orange juice (from 4 blood oranges)
• 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
• Garnish: One trimmed celery stock and add pepper to rim

Instructions:

Mix together tomato juice and Blue Ice Potato Vodka in a mixing cup. Add 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce and Tabasco Sauce. Pour into ice-filled glass, and garnish with a tomato wedge, a celery stock. Top off with a little salt and pepper on the rim.

Champagne Mule (95 Calories)

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Potato Vodka (75 calories)
• 4 oz. Diet Ginger Beer (0 calories)
• 1 Splash Prosseco Champagne (20 calories)
• Garnish: Mint leaves

Instructions:

Fill a glass of your choice with Ice. Pour in Blue Ice Potato Vodka and diet ginger beer. Add a splash of Prosseco Champagne. Garnish with mint leaves.

Pom Mimosa

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Vodka
• 2 oz. Pom juice
• 1 Splash Prosecco
• Garnish: Pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Blue Ice Vodka, pomegranate juice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.

Huck Lemosa

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka
• 2 oz. pink lemonade
• 1 Splash Prosecco
• Garnish: Fresh blueberries.

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Blue Ice Huckleberry Flavored Vodka, add pink lemonade and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
