Thanksgiving Vodka Cocktails 2022

Thanksgiving is a day dedicated to family, food and delicious cocktails. With so much food on the table, it’s always key to have low-calorie cocktails that pair perfectly with the tastes of your dishes. From traditional apple cranberry mixes to hot chocolatey favorites with a boozy twist, we put together some of our favorite Blue Ice cocktail recipes for you to impress your family and friends on Thanksgiving:

Apple Cranberry Mule

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Vodka
• 1.5 oz. light cranberry juice
• 1.5 oz. light apple juice
• 2 oz. light ginger beer
• Garnish: Fresh cranberries and rosemary sprig

Instructions:

Fill mule mug with ice. Add Blue Ice Potato Vodka and cranberry juice. Add light apple juice and then fill the rest of way with light ginger beer. Stir until mixed to perfection.

Blue Ice Pumpkin Spice Martini

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Potato
• 1/2 oz. sugar-free pumpkin spice creamer
• 1 oz. of light almond milk
• Garnish: Cinnamon dash (optional)

Instructions:

Gather ingredients. Pour the ingredients into a Martini glass fill with Ice. Stir until perfection.

Grapefruit Mimosa

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1.0 oz. Blue Ice Potato Vodka (64 calories)
• ½ glass. splash grapefruit juice (10 calories)
• 1 splash Prosecco
• Garnish: Grapefruit or thyme

Instructions:

Fill half of champagne glass with grapefruit juice. Top with chilled Blue Ice Potato Vodka and prosecco.

Huck Lemosa

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka
• ½ glass. Pink lemonade
• 1 splash Prosecco
• Garnish: Fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Blue Ice Huckleberry Flavored Vodka, add pink lemonade and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh blueberries.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Potato Vodka
• 1 oz. cold brew or espresso coffee
• 1 splash Kahlua liqueur
• 1 splash. light chocolate oat milk
• Garnish: Chocolate powder or coffee beans

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with lots of ice; pour in the cold brew or espresso, Blue Ice Vodka and almond milk. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into your favorite festive martini glass, garnish with three dark coffee beans or chocolate powder.

Blue Ice Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Potato Vodka
• ½-cup Swiss mix reduced calorie
• 1.75. cup of almond or oat milk
• Garnish: Chocolate zest and whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until is on brink of boiling, remove from heat and mix in chocolate until melted. Stir in the vodka in, top with whipped cream (optional).
