Fourth of July Easy to make Cocktails

What is a 4th of July cookout without delicious American-themed cocktails? The cocktails below will answer that question, with savory, berry-flavored drinks and frozen popsicles, to a simple huckleberry lemonade we have you covered! Celebrate the birth of our nation with some delicious Blue Ice cocktails!

Star-Spangled Huckleberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

• Crushed Ice
• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Huckleberry Flavored Vodka
• 4 oz. Raspberry lemonade
• 4 blueberries and raspberries muddled
• ¼-lime juice
• Garnish: blueberries, raspberries and mint

Instructions:

Add crushed ice cubes into rocks glass. Take berries and mint and muddle together in bottom of glass. Add Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka, Ice and top off with lemonade. Garnish with blueberries, raspberries and mint.

Huckleberry Lemon Frozen Poptail

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. cup Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka
• 2-cups lemonade (16 oz.)
• 10 Popsicle sticks
• Garnish: Blueberries and strawberry slices slices (optional)

Instructions:

Make 10 ice pops. Pour huckleberry vodka and lemon juice mix. Garnish with blueberries and lemon wheels. Attach cover. Insert Popsicle sticks, and leave ¼-inch space exposed for expansion during freezing. Freeze for 4-6 hours.

Red, White and Blue Mule

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Vodka (75 calories)
• 4 oz. Diet Ginger Beer (0 calories)
• 1 Splash Lime Juice (3 calories)
• Garnish: 6-8 fresh raspberries, blueberries and lime wedge.

Instructions:

Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with raspberries, blueberries and lemon wedge.
