Summer Berry Lemonade Slushy (Serves 12)
• 12 oz. frozen pink lemonade concentrate
• 2 cups Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka
• Garnish: 1 cup of fresh huckleberries or blueberries
In an empty one gallon ice cream bucket, or clear bucket of your choice, mix pink lemonade concentrate and Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka. Chill for 8 hours, overnight, or a week in advance. Remove from freezer, and allow thawing before serving. Once the slushy melts, it will become easier to scrape and serve. When ready to serve, add one cup of Summer Berry Lemonade Slushy to glass.
